Construction and renovation debris removal in Montreal, carried down by hand from a third floor or up from the basement, priced by volume.

The plex kitchen is gutted, the bathroom is down to the studs, and the drywall, old cabinets and broken tile are piling up in the yard, on the back balcony or at the bottom of the basement. Renting a dumpster in Montreal often means a parking spot blocked on the street, a permit to apply for and a week of staring at it. We come load the debris by hand, even from the 2nd floor down the outside stairs or out through the back lane, and leave with it. Your job site goes back to being a job site, not a dump.

What we haul off your job site
  • Drywall, plaster and gyprock torn out of walls and ceilings, dust and offcuts included
  • Construction lumber: 2x4s, plywood, MDF, trim, old flooring and subfloor
  • Asphalt shingles, felt paper and roofing debris after a re-roof
  • Tile, ceramic, grout, old countertops and kitchen or bathroom cabinets
  • Concrete, brick, block, patio slabs and stone (5 cubic yards per trip, half the truck)
  • Deck boards, fencing, pergolas and dismantled outdoor structures
  • Old doors, windows, frames and finish wood
  • Insulation, mineral wool, ducting, piping and leftover plumbing or electrical
  • Bags of offcuts, cardboard boxes and packaging left behind by the trades at the end of a job

What we do not take

  • Asbestos and materials containing it, contaminated soil, paint, solvents, chemicals and propane cylinders: those stay with a certified specialist or the hazardous-waste depot
  • Patio slab or shed base to break: that is our concrete slab removal page. Full foundations: call us first, we will tell you honestly whether it is a job for us or for an excavator
How it works for your debris

Send us photos of the debris piles (or a quick call) and we give you a price in under 2 hours, based on the space it takes in our 10-cubic-yard truck. On pickup day, the crew loads everything by hand, including what's in the basement, upstairs or behind the house, and we sweep the area before we leave. We then sort the wood, metal and construction debris to the right recovery streams, and the leftover residual is disposed of responsibly. On price: everything is calculated by volume, by the space it takes in the truck. Concrete, brick and stone follow the same grid, but since they are dense, one trip is 5 cubic yards, half the truck. You get the full amount upfront, no surprises.

Why hand us your construction debris

With us, you pay for the fraction of the truck your debris takes, not a half-empty dumpster sitting there for a week. $185 minimum, price confirmed before the first load and held to the end, concrete and brick included, always by volume. Pavel, Mickael or Justin do the loading, covered by liability insurance, and we sort wood, metal and construction material to recovery: about 80% diverted from landfill. For contractors, we come back at every stage of the job, with per-project billing when needed.

Ramasse Vite was founded in 2025 by three partners: Pavel, Mickael and Justin. Starting out on the South Shore, they shared the belief that junk removal could be reliable, transparent and done right. Ramasse Vite Montréal is the same crew and the same way of working, all over the island.

Our mission is simple: make junk removal and waste pickup effortless for our clients. Whether it's furniture removal, construction debris hauling, a basement or garage cleanout, or a full property clearout, we handle every project with diligence, cleanliness, punctuality, and a genuine environmental urgency. Our crew knows Montreal's realities: plexes and their outdoor staircases, back lanes, tight parking and the July 1st rush.

FAQ: construction debris removal in Montreal

Is concrete, brick and stone too heavy for you to take?

No, we take them. Same grid by volume as everything else, but concrete, brick and stone are dense: one trip is 5 cubic yards, half the truck. Beyond that, we plan a second trip, agreed ahead. A slab still in place that needs breaking is our concrete slab removal page.

Do I need to bag or pile the debris before you arrive?

No. You can leave it as is, loose in a room, stacked in the garage or out in the yard. The crew picks it up, bags what needs bagging and loads everything by hand. If it's already bagged or grouped, loading goes faster, but it's not required.

Where does the debris go once it's loaded?

We sort it. Clean wood, metal and construction-renovation-demolition (CRD) material go to recovery streams, anything reusable is set aside, and only the true residual is disposed of responsibly. We aim for about 80% diverted from landfill and can show you the disposal receipts.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Montreal?

By volume in our 10-cubic-yard truck: $185 for a single item, $265 for an eighth, $365 for a quarter, $565 for a half, $865 for a full truck, labour and travel included. Concrete, brick and stone: same grid, but 5 cubic yards per trip, half the truck. Price confirmed from photos before we come, held to the end.

Truck or dumpster: what is the difference for my debris?

A dumpster you rent for a week, load yourself, permit if it sits on the street, and you pay for the empty space. We come once, load by hand, and you pay only for the fraction of the truck used. For a kitchen, bathroom or basement reno, the truck is almost always cheaper and simpler.

Do you pick up debris the same day?

Often on weekdays. Reply in under 2 hours, same-day pickup when the schedule allows, otherwise within 24 to 48 hours. For a job that moves in stages, we plan the visits ahead so your crew never waits on us.

Do you work with contractors?

Yes, that is a good share of our pickups: end of job, debris between demolition and finishing, packaging and material pallets, leftover plumbing and electrical. Invoice per visit or grouped for your client, same crew at every address, insurance certificate on request.
