1. Who we are

Ramasse Vite Montréal is a brand of Ramasse Vite, the junk removal company that also runs Ramasse Vite Rive-Sud. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights, under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

2. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

For any question, request for access, correction or withdrawal of consent, or for a complaint, write to Ramasse Vite's person in charge of the protection of personal information at [email protected], or call 438 230-3808.

3. What our forms collect, and why

When you ask for a quote, we collect what you give us: name, phone, email, neighbourhood or town, the description of your job and, if you add them, photos. We use it only to prepare your quote, get back to you, schedule the job and invoice you. We do not sell or rent your information.

4. Our service providers and communication outside Québec

Your information goes through providers who use it only to serve us: Formspree (form delivery, in the United States), Microsoft Outlook (email), Cloudflare (site hosting) and, only if you accept it, Google (Analytics, Ads and Maps). The Google reviews shown on the site are provided by Trustindex, which receives technical data from your browser (such as your IP address) to display them. These providers may process information outside Québec.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

By default the site only uses what it needs to work. Every other tool stays off until you turn it on in the banner or in “Cookie settings”. We use no technology to identify, locate or profile you without your consent.
