You send us photos of the rooms (or we stop by to look) and we give you a price in under 2 hours, based on the space it takes in the truck, not per item. Once the date is set, we show up at the agreed time, you show us what's left and what the family is keeping, and we load the rest ourselves: furniture, boxes, appliances, all of it. You don't have to be there: a key with a neighbour, a lockbox or the broker works fine, and if we come across papers, photos or jewelry while loading, it goes in a box for you, never in the truck. We then sort at our partners to donate and recycle (about 80% diverted from landfill), sweep up, send you photos of the empty house, and the keys go back wherever you want. For a large house, we plan several loads, same day or over two days.

Do you offer a complete house cleanout service for an estate?
Yes, that's exactly what we do. One call and we handle all of it: sorting room by room with you or following your instructions, loading, donation and recycling with receipts, several loads if the house is full, then the final sweep. We don't live in the area. Can the house be cleared while we're away?
Yes, it happens every month. You send us photos of the rooms, we confirm the price by text or email, and for access a key with a neighbour, a lockbox or the broker does the job. While loading, anything that looks personal (papers, photos, jewelry) is set aside in a box for you. When it's done, we send you photos of the empty house and the keys go back wherever you want. Payment by e-transfer, receipt by email.
We have a sale date or a key handover with the notary, can you clear it in time?
Yes. We reply in under 2 hours and most estate cleanouts happen within the week, sometimes same-day if scheduling allows. Give us your deadline when you call and we'll plan the visit before it, so the house is empty when the notary or buyer arrives.
The family hasn't finished sorting keepsakes. Does everything need to be ready?
