Junk removal for bailiffs
in Montreal
Reliable junk removal for bailiffs across the island of Montreal.
The execution is at 9am, on the third floor of a triplex with a spiral staircase, and the unit is still full. We are there on time, wait for your go-ahead, carry everything down, sweep, and the time-stamped photos are on file before the locksmith is done.
Window confirmed in under 2h · On site at the execution hour · One invoice per file
Cleanouts of units and premises after an eviction in Montreal, done on your instructions and documented for your file, whatever the floor.
The execution is set for 9am, the unit is on the 2nd floor up the outside stairs, the locksmith arrives at 9:30, and everything is still there: furniture, bags, dishes, whatever the tenant left. You need a crew that's on time, takes its instructions from you, empties and sweeps without discussion, and hands you time-stamped photos for the file. That's what we offer bailiff firms on the island of Montreal: residential and commercial evictions, abandoned or unclaimed goods, one invoice per file with your number on it.
What we clear after the execution
- Full cleanout of the unit after an eviction: furniture, mattresses, appliances, bags, dishes, whatever was designated for disposal
- Commercial premises after an eviction: furniture, displays, dead inventory, equipment left behind
- Abandoned or unclaimed goods after the deadline, on the bailiff's or the landlord's instruction
- Bulky items and bags left in corridors, on the balcony, in the shed or the parking lot
- Unsanitary or overloaded units: we empty, then refer you to our extreme cleaning service for what follows
- Sorting on site: donations when clean, recycling, metal, appliances separated, residual disposed of
- Time-stamped before and after photos and a summary list of what left, attached to the file
- Final sweep: the unit is ready for the locksmith, the landlord or the inspection
What we do not do
- The legal side of the file: notices, deadlines, the report and decisions about the goods belong to the bailiff and the landlord
- Storage and transport of goods to be kept: that is the movers' mandate, we remove and dispose of what is designated
- Lock changes, deep cleaning and disinfection: your locksmith, our extreme cleaning service or your supplier
- Hazardous materials, propane cylinders and chemicals
How it works on execution day
Send us the execution date and time, the address, the file number and a few photos if you have them, through the form or by text at 438 230 3808. We confirm the window within 2 hours, with a price by volume in the 10-cubic-yard truck, $185 minimum, labour and disposal included. On the day, we are on site at the set hour, wait for your go-ahead, empty according to your instructions, sort, sweep, and you receive before and after photos with the time on them. On account, one invoice per file or one grouped invoice at month end, file number on every line.
Why bailiff firms call us
An eviction runs on the minute. A late crew means a bailiff waiting in the hallway, a locksmith leaving and a landlord calling back. With us, one of the three partners answers, confirms the window and is there with the truck, even when it means finding a spot on a tight street or coming through the back lane. We work without comment and without stray photos: what we document goes in your file, full stop. You pay for the fraction of the truck the contents take, not by the hour, and the firm rate is confirmed when the account is opened.
Firm accounts: two ways to work with us
Firm account
- An account in your firm's name, opened in five minutes
- One email address for the time-stamped photos, one contact per file
- One invoice per file or grouped at month end, file number on every line, net 30 terms
- Before and after photos at every execution
- Firm rate across the whole grid
First file at the firm rate.
Priority agreement
- Your execution dates blocked as soon as you have them, reply within 2 hours for last-minute mandates
- Agreement rate on planned executions and on one-off calls
- Limited spots per sector: we reserve morning windows for firms that execute every week, which is what makes the rate possible
- Reply in under 2 hours, scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, often same-day on weekdays, anywhere on the island
- On site at the set hour, we wait for your go-ahead before touching anything
- Insurance certificate sent for your supplier file
Several files a week? One agreement, one invoice, the same crew at every execution.

Read our story
Ramasse Vite was founded in 2025 by three partners: Pavel, Mickael and Justin. Starting out on the South Shore, they shared the belief that junk removal could be reliable, transparent and done right. Ramasse Vite Montréal is the same crew and the same way of working, all over the island.
Our mission is simple: make junk removal and waste pickup effortless for our clients. Whether it's furniture removal, construction debris hauling, a basement or garage cleanout, or a full property clearout, we handle every project with diligence, cleanliness, punctuality, and a genuine environmental urgency. Our crew knows Montreal's realities: plexes and their outdoor staircases, back lanes, tight parking and the July 1st rush.

FAQ: junk removal for bailiffs in Montreal
Are you on site at the hour set for the execution?
Yes. You give us the date and time, we are there with the truck, and we wait for your go-ahead before touching anything. If the execution is postponed, a text is enough to move the window.
Who decides what goes?
You, or the landlord you represent. We empty what is designated for disposal, sort for donation and recycling, and leave the rest alone. The legal side of the file, the notice, the deadline and the report, is your work; we carry out your instructions.
Do you store or move the tenant's belongings?
No. Storage and transport of goods to be kept is the movers' mandate. We remove and dispose of what is designated as abandoned, unclaimed or to be discarded, and document what left.
How much does it cost to empty a unit after an eviction?
By volume in our 10-cubic-yard truck: $185 for a single item, $265 for an eighth, $365 for a quarter, $565 for a half, $865 for a full truck, labour and disposal included. A full 3½ often takes half a truck, a 5½ a truck or more; we give the estimate from photos or on site, and the amount is confirmed before we load. Firm rate on account, confirmed when the account is opened.
What do you provide for the file?
Time-stamped before and after photos, a summary list of what left, and disposal receipts on request. On account, the invoice carries the file number and the address, per file or grouped at month end.
An unsanitary unit or one filled floor to ceiling, do you take it?
Yes, we empty it. Several loads if needed, planned with you. For disinfection and deep cleaning afterwards, that is our extreme cleaning service or your usual supplier.
Can you come the same day for a last-minute mandate?
Often, yes: reply in under 2 hours, pickup within 24 to 48 hours, often same-day on weekdays. One of the three partners answers at 438 230 3808, Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm.
