The price follows the space in our 10-cubic-yard truck: $185 for a single item, $365 for a quarter, $565 for a half, $865 for a full load, labour and disposal included. A very full home often takes several loads, quoted as a flat package before we start. The amount confirmed up front is the amount on the invoice, even if the sorting takes longer than planned.
Do you handle severe squalor or disinfection?
We remove the accumulation, the garbage, the spoiled food and the unsanitary zones with the right protective equipment, and we leave the rooms empty and swept. Deep disinfection or specialized decontamination (major mould, biohazards) is a different trade: if your situation calls for it, we tell you straight at the visit and help you find the right resource instead of billing you for half a job.
